The stamping technology utilized by PK U.S.A. has been developed and refined over more than a half-century. In fact, Press Kogyo helped to produce the chassis in the first Japanese-made automobile!
New equipment and our vast experience, in conjunction with superior die tooling, which we produce internally, insure the production of high quality stamped parts.
The PK U.S.A. plant has a press stamping and forming area incorporating two 1500 ton transfer presses, one 1200 ton transfer press, two 500 ton and one 200 ton blanking & progressive presses, and one 600 ton single action press.
We have the technology to stamp steel of various thickness, producing a wide range of quality automotive parts.
