The parent company of PK USA is Press Kogyo Co., Ltd., one of Japan's largest independent automotive parts manufacturers, which owns a 75% share. Mitsui & Co. (U.S.A.), Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsui & Co., Ltd., one of Japan’s foremost trading and investment enterprises operating globally, holds a 25% share.
